How to become a vendor with HOME

Where do I submit invoices for payment?

There are two ways to send invoices to HOME’s Accounts Payable (AP) Department.

Invoices should be mailed to HOME AP at the following address:

Why is there a delay in payment of my invoices?

HOME’s commitment to vendors is to pay invoices on time.  Delays in payment may result from one or more of the following:

  1. Invoices are mailed or delivered by a vendor to a HOME employee or location rather than sending invoices directly to HOME's Accounts Payable Department.
  2. The HOME Purchase Order Number is not on your invoice.
  3. The HOME Contract Number is not on your invoice.
  4. Goods or Services are invoiced; however, they are not received by HOME.
  5. Your invoice amount is in excess of the HOME Purchase Order.
  6. You are a contractor and your payment request is incomplete or pending approval.

How can I get my payments made by direct deposit?

HOME encourages vendors to choose ACH (direct deposit) for payments.  You choose the direct deposit option by completing the form and emailing the signed form to Accounts Payable.  You may also mail the signed form to:

How do I inquire on outstanding invoices?

You may contact HOME AP at (915) 849-3742, press 8 for other options, and the press 2 for Accounts Payable. You can also email HOME AP.

How do I submit for a change of address?

Change of address should be submitted to  HOME AP by completing the change of address form and emailing the signed form to the Accounts Payable department.    You may also mail the signed form to:
