For Homeless Individuals

Another sub-category of public housing is the Shelter Plus Care Program.  This is a transformative, grant-funded initiative to assist chronically homeless disabled individuals.  HOME provides 22 units to the residents of Siesta Gardens in the Northeast.  Meanwhile, a partnership with Emergence Health Network provides important onsite counseling and rehabilitative care to the residents.

These are but a few of the many programs HOME offers to the residents of the City of El Paso. If you need any additional information that is not listed on our website, feel free to contact our customer service department at (915) 849-3742.
